Different cuts and thicknesses of pork. This factor will determine your final cooking time. So you'll have to adjust the timing accordingly when you make your first batch. After that, you'll know what your preferred timing is based on your specific cut of pork chops and size of air fryer.
Most of the shake and bake style seasoned breading mixes say to moisten the chicken. The boxes often will suggest ice water, egg, &/or milk. We added the mayo part because it's a nice option for extra moist chicken. And it also helps the breading stick better.

Ingredients
3(6oz.)((170g))pork chops , rinsed & patted dry
Ice water, beaten egg, milk, or mayo, to moisten the pork
Moisten the pork chops based on seasoned coating mix instructions (or by using ice water, beaten egg, milk, or mayo). Coat with the seasoned coating mix.
Spray air fryer basket/tray with oil or place a perforated parchment sheet in the air fryer basket/tray & lightly coat with oil spray (this helps keep the pork chops coating from sticking and coming off).
Place the coated pork chops in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Make sure pork chops are not touching or the coating may flake off when you flip them. Lightly coat the pork chops with oil spray.
Air Fry at 380°F/195°C for about 8-12 minutes. After 6 minutes of cooking, flip the pork chops and then continue cooking for the remainder of time or until golden and internal temperature reaches 145-160°F, depending on your doneness preference.
