All of our taste testers love these easy stuffed peppers! The air fryer cooks and crisps the meat and peppers wonderfully. It’s so easy to enjoy these for a quick dinner. We love it with different types of cheese like a mix of pepper jack and parmesan.

Ingredients
2bell peppers
1/2pound(227g)ground beef, pork, chicken or turkey
In bowl, combine meat, tomato sauce, 1/2 cup cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
Cut bell peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.
Flip the bell peppers over and spray/brush outside of bell peppers with oil.
Stuff the pepper halves with the meat mixture. Spray tops of meat and peppers. Lay stuffed peppers inside air fryer basket/tray. If you have a small basket, you may have to cook in 2 batches.
Air Fry at 360°F/182°C for 12-16 minutes or until meat is cooked completely. Top the meat with remainder of cheese and cook one more minute to melt cheese.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
COOKING TIPS: If bell peppers tilt and fall over, place a small crumpled piece of foil under the pepper as a base.Cutting the peppers lengthwise will help meat cook quicker and all the way through. If. you cut them crosswise, you might need a couple more minutes of cooking time.
