This popular brand of corn muffins is a quick and easy way to enjoy a small batch in the air fryer. It’s a great tasting corn muffin that’s both economical and perfect for small servings.
Combine the corn muffin mix, egg and milk. Mix just enough so that there are no dry spots and egg is fully incorporated. Do not over-mix.
Lightly coat interior of 6 silicone muffin cups with oil spray and fill about 2/3rds full with the batter. Use standard sized silicone muffin cups (not mini & not jumbo - the same size silicone muffins cups that we suggest in the write up).
Air Fry at 325°F for 7-9 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center. If the toothpick isn’t fully clean yet and muffins are slightly raw in the middle, then turn off the heat and leave muffins in the air fryer for about 5-10 minutes to allow the residual heat to continue cooking the interior of the corn muffins.
