Air Fryer Whole Turkey with Gravy

Pat turkey dry.  Stuff butter and garlic under skin.  Oil skin and season with salt & pepper.

Start breast side down. Add some broth.  Remember to add the expansion ring! Baste a few times.

Flip the turkey.  Baste it again and finish air frying. 

Remove the turkey and allow to rest.  Meanwhile, make a gravy from the drippings and broth. 

Strain the drippings then whisk together some flour and broth. Then whisk the mixture into the rest of the drippings & broth. Air fry.

Whisk a couple times while air frying. Cook until thickened.
