You can prep the brie up to a day or two ahead of time, then airfry just before serving. The brie will harden again if it sits out too long. Ingredients
8-12oz.(227-340g)wheel of brie cheese
2cloves garlic, minced or 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic powder
2Tablespoons (28g)salted butter
Fresh cracked black pepper
fresh sprig of thyme
Instructions
Combine the minced garlic (or garlic powder) with 2 Tablespoons of melted butter. Set aside.
Score top of the brie about 1/2” deep in criss cross cuts.
Place brie in air fryer safe baking dish. Pour garlic butter over the brie.
Sprinkle thyme leaves and fresh cracked black pepper over the brie.
Place baking dish in air fryer.
Air Fry at 350°F/175°C for about 8-10 minutes, or until brie is melted. Timing will vary depending on the size of your brie and how powerful your air fryer is.
