In a bowl add the 1 pound of shrimp, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and salt & pepper to taste. Toss to coat all of the shrimp evenly. Add shrimp to air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 400°F for about 8-14 minutes (depending on the size of your shrimp), gently shaking and flipping halfway. You can start by air frying for 8 minutes first, then adding more time if needed.
Allow the shrimp to cool completely. But in the meantime, prep your noodles, pasta, sandwich or salad.
