Timing will vary depending on how small or big you cut your nuggets or "bites". Use our base temperature and then check the salmon. From that point you can decide if you want to air fry for additional time to get your salmon bites to your preferred doneness.
Cut the salmon into 1” to 1 1/2” cubes. Try to keep them about the same size so they will cook evenly.
In bowl combine 1 Tablespoon of olive oil, 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 cloves of minced garlic), 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add cut salmon to the marinade and gently toss to coat all salmon pieces
Place a perforated silicone air fryer liner or a perforated parchment sheet in the air fryer basket/tray. Or if you aren’t using a liner/parchment sheet, spray the basket/tray with oil.
Place salmon in single layer in air fryer basket/tray.
Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes. Gently squeeze the salmon to see how much it is cooked - the more cooked it is, the firmer it will be.
Continue to air fry for another 2-4 minutes at 380°F (193°C) or until salmon is cooked with your liking.
Garnish with minced parsley and serve with lemons.
