Chimichurri Sauce
The chimichurri sauce is great on meats, veggies, as a salad dressing, or even on your morning eggs. The recipe is easy to double and does keep quite well in the fridge.

minced fresh parsley or cilantro
, or combination of both

garlic
, minced or crushed

lemon zest

Instructions
Finely mince the parsley or cilantro.
Combine the olive oil, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Zest the lemon into the mix, then add the lemon juice.
Stir until well combined and taste for seasonings.
If you like it saltier, add more salt. Or more lemon for a brighter chimichurri sauce. Like it spicy? then add more chili flakes.
