Ingredients
1/2cup(120ml)mayonnaise(our favorite is Best Foods/Hellmans, but use what you like)
1Tablespoon (15ml)chili oilor chili crisp/crunch, or more to personal taste
1teaspoon (5ml)fresh lime juice , or more to personal taste
Instructions
Mix the 1/2 cup of mayo and 1 Tablespoon of chili oil or chili crisp/crunch together in a bowl. If your chili crisp is very oily and you want more of the crispy tidbits, you can add less of the oil. But if you prefer full flavor then use the oil.
Squeeze 1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice into the mixture.
Taste the chili mayo. Add additional seasonings to personal taste.
Serve the chili mayo with air fryer french fries or for a healthy option, serve the mayo with raw vegetables.
