Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Zucchini Fries (or wedges)
We love crispy bacon, so we like cooking these a little longer. The zucchini still will be tasty because zucchini has so much moisture in it already. The little extra cooking time will just make the bacon taste better!

Ingredients
1lb.(454g)zucchini(2 small-medium zucchini)
8slicesbacon, (cut in half lengthwise) (or as much bacon as needed)
Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and then into wedges, 1-inch (2.5cm) at the base (usually quartered for small-medium sized zucchini). Lightly spray zucchini with oil. Season all sides with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Wrap with bacon and then season with extra black pepper (optional). Toothpick the bacon into the zucchini to stay in place, and then put in the air fryer basket/tray.
Air Fry at 380°F for 10-16 minutes or until the bacon is crispy to your liking. Flip zucchini half way through cooking. Allow to cool for a couple minutes before serving (zucchini will be very hot). Remove toothpicks before eating.
