We’re obsessed with these and have to limit ourselves to one batch for every 2-3 days. It’s so easy to devour a batch in one sitting. This snack mix is customizable to your favorite ingredients so have fun with a new experiment every time you’re ready to air fry a new batch. For larger air fryers you can make a slightly larger batch. In our 6qt. air fryers we'll make about 3 cups worth of cereal (increasing all the ingredients in an equal ratio). Don't try to make too much at a time or else the air won't flow through properly and the mix will cook unevenly.

Ingredients
2cups(480ml)toasted rice, wheat or corn cereal(choose any one or combo)
1/2cup(120ml)nuts, your choice - peanuts, cashews, walnuts, etc.
1/2cup(120ml)mini pretzels or sticks
2Tablespoons(30ml)butter, melted
1Tablespoon(15ml)Worcestershire sauce
1/2teaspoon(2.5ml)salt *if not using a salted flavoring option, or to taste
FLAVORING OPTIONS (CHOOSE 1) (if seasoning is salty, reduce or eliminate salt in recipe to taste)
2teaspoons(10ml)Ranch seasoning mix(for salt lovers, use 1 Tablespoon (15ml))
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt and/ or any flavoring options (our favorite is the Ranch seasoning with no additional salt - the Ranch seasoning is pretty salty on its own).
Add the cereal, nuts and pretzels to the seasoned butter. Stir to completely coat the cereal with the butter mix. Taste for flavor and adjust to your preference.
Spread the coated cereal mix out evenly in the air fryer basket/tray.
Air Fry at 250°F for 12-16 minutes, tossing and shaking every 5 minutes. Allow to cool completely and then serve.
