Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan White Fish with Smoked Paprika
The smoked paprika to the parmesan crust makes this air fryer white fish so delicious. For variety, mix up the spices and use any you like. A combination of chili powder, chipotle or smoked paprika is great or try an herbed mixture of thyme, oregano, and/or fennel.
A finer grated parmesan will cling better to fish and create a nicer crust.

Ingredients
2tilapia fillets, or other white fish (about 4-6 ounces for each fillet)
Rinse and pat dry fish fillets. Coat fish with olive oil or oil spray. Season with salt and pepper.
In plate or shallow bowl, combine parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Press fish into the cheese mixture and coat both sides of the filet.
