Air Fryer Party Snack Mix - “Nuts & Bolts”
We’re obsessed with these and have to limit ourselves to one batch for every 2-3 days. It’s so easy to devour a batch in one sitting. This snack mix is customizable to your favorite ingredients so have fun with a new experiment every time you’re ready to air fry a new batch. For larger air fryers you can make a slightly larger batch. In our 6qt. air fryers we'll make about 3 cups worth of cereal (increasing all the ingredients in an equal ratio). Don't try to make too much at a time or else the air won't flow through properly and the mix will cook unevenly.

Equipment
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the 2 Tablespoons melted butter, 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and/or any flavoring options (our favorite is the 2 teaspoons Ranch seasoning with no additional salt - the Ranch seasoning is pretty salty on its own). Make sure to adjust or eliminate the salt if your additional seasonings are salty.
- Add the 2 cups cereal, 1/2 cup nuts, and 1/2 cup pretzels to the seasoned butter. Stir to completely coat the cereal with the butter mix. Taste for flavor and adjust to your preference.
- Spread the coated cereal mix out evenly in the air fryer basket/tray.
- Air Fry at 250°F for 12-16 minutes, tossing and shaking about every 5 minutes. Allow to cool completely and then serve.
