For a more mild version, reduce the amount of hot sauce. For a spicer version, increase the hot sauce or add some cayenne pepper. Fresh minced or crushed garlic is great to use instead of the garlic powder as well. And if you want a milder garlic flavor, slightly cook the garlic in the butter when you melt it. 2/3cup(160ml)hot sauce(Tabasco, Franks Hot Sauce, etc.)
1Tablespoon(15ml)Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
1teaspoon(5ml)garlic powder
Instructions
Whisk together the melted butter, hot sauce, Worcestershire or soy sauce, and garlic powder until well combined.
Taste for seasoning and adjust to your liking.
