Tips on How to Make Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas
- Tenderloins: Buying pre-cut chicken tenderloins will give you the most tender cuts of chicken fajitas. From there, slice the the chicken thin.
- Whole boneless skinless chicken breast: Slice the chicken into thin, bite sized strips for easy eating and even cooking. The thinner you slice it and in even slices, the better it will cook evenly.
- Boneless skinless chicken thighs: this cut of chicken is the most flavorful but will take slightly longer to cook. Make sure to slice the chicken thigh meat very thin.
- Cut the vegetables about the same size as the chicken. This will ensure that your veggies are crispy and slightly charred.
- By air frying chicken fajitas, there will be no sauce. So although these are not “saucy”, what you get from air frying is crispier chicken and veggies.
