Tips on How to Air Fry Lemon Pepper Corn on the Cob

  • We added extra black pepper! But this is optional. We just love the extra peppery flavors with the bright lemon.
  • If you can, try to use fresh corn. The flavors are fantastic and the corn kernels cook plump, sweet and perfect by air frying.
  • Make sure to remove the corn husks and silks all the way. Anything that covers the corn will burn. So remove all the exterior stuff, rinse the corn then dry it with a paper towel before buttering the corn.
  • The compound butter is simple to make and we added some extra garlic powder for more flavor. But it’s optional. If you’re a garlic fan, you can certainly add some fresh crushed or finely minced garlic.
  • Add a few fresh squeezes of lemon juice on top if you like more lemon flavor.

Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Corn

You can double up the lemon pepper flavor by serving with some fresh lemon slices and extra black pepper.
Air fry as many ears that will fit in a single layer in your air fryer basket/tray. Trim to size if necessary. If you cook with more or less corn, it will affect cooking times. Reduce timing a little for 1-2 ears of corn, and increase time for more corn.
